This Refund Policy applies to PhotoArtify credit packages and subscriptions purchased directly through photoartify.com. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or withdrawal rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Payment is collected at checkout and subscription credits are made available after the payment is confirmed. The 3-day and 7-day periods are refund-based trial windows, not delayed-billing or no-payment trials.
Unless a full refund applies, the refundable amount is calculated using the unused paid credits associated with the specific purchase or subscription billing period:
Refund amount = Net amount paid x (Eligible unused paid credits / Total paid credits included in the purchase)
For this calculation:
If credits from several purchases are present, PhotoArtify will use account transaction records to identify the purchase and remaining credit balance applicable to the request.
One-time credit packages are eligible for a usage-based refund while eligible unused paid credits from that purchase remain unexpired.
The first monthly subscription payment includes a 3-calendar-day trial refund window beginning when payment is confirmed.
An approved refund ends the refunded subscription access, removes the associated unused credits, and cancels future renewal unless we tell you otherwise.
The first annual subscription payment includes a 7-calendar-day trial refund window beginning when payment is confirmed.
An approved refund ends the refunded subscription access, removes the associated unused credits, and cancels future renewal unless we tell you otherwise.
When an AI generation fails because of a confirmed PhotoArtify or provider error, the credits charged for that task are normally restored automatically. If the restoration returns credits to the original paid balance, those credits are not treated as consumed when we calculate a later refund. Separate bonus or goodwill credits issued as additional compensation have no cash value.
Depending on the circumstances, we may instead provide a replacement generation, equivalent service credit, or a cash refund when credit restoration is not reasonable.
A successfully delivered AI output does not qualify as a failed generation solely because you dislike its style, composition, interpretation, or subjective quality. AI outputs are probabilistic and must be reviewed before use.
Except where required by law, refunds are not provided for:
Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You may cancel future renewals through your PhotoArtify billing settings or the applicable payment provider's management page.
Cancellation by itself does not create a refund. If you cancel without requesting or receiving a refund, cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and access continues until that date.
To request a usage-based refund and end the current subscription period early, follow the process below. To avoid the next renewal charge, cancel before the renewal date displayed in your billing settings.

Do not send full card numbers, passwords, verification codes, API keys, or other authentication secrets.
We may ask for additional information to verify the account holder, payment, credit usage, or technical issue. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
We generally respond to refund requests within 3 to 5 business days. Complex investigations, payment disputes, or requests requiring provider verification may take longer.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method where possible. We generally initiate an approved refund within 5 to 10 business days, but your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.
Currency conversion differences, bank fees, and non-refundable third-party charges may be outside our control. If the original payment method cannot receive the refund, we may request a reasonable alternative method or provide another remedy permitted by law.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can attempt to resolve the issue. Filing a chargeback does not expand your rights under this policy. We may suspend the affected account while a payment dispute is investigated and may provide transaction and usage records to the payment provider.
Some jurisdictions provide mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights for digital services. Those rights vary and may depend on whether you requested immediate performance or began using digital content during a statutory withdrawal period. Where mandatory law conflicts with this policy, the mandatory law controls.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply prospectively and will not reduce refund rights that already arose under the version in effect when you made a purchase. The revised policy will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date.
